1)Presentation of the background, material base and
achievements of the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy.
2) First test results presentation: Reporting the treated data of the first measurements and comparison of the obtained results, for each country.
3) Discussion on the methods of evaluation of energyefficiency of buildings, used in all participating countries and laying the foundation of unifying these methods and reducing of the observed variations. Evaluations of the results and conclusions.
4) Second test realization: Performing measurements on a Bulgarian building (energy-reconstructed or newly-built: one and same building) provided by our silent partners.
5) Treatment of the new data.
6) Meeting with representatives of our silent partners and representatives of other firms or organisations, which are among the possible employers of the trainees and are among the significant participants in regional labour market.
7) Evaluation and self-assessment of the second stage.
8) Planning the basic tasks for the next stage.
